The National Transgender Health Summit aims to provide a multidisciplinary program presenting cutting edge research in transgender health and evidence-based clinical training curricula for healthcare providers of all backgrounds.
CEUs, CMEs, and UCSF course credit offered.
Programming will include world-renowned experts in the field of transgender health within the following tracks:
- Research Track, chaired by Jae Sevelius, PhD (Assistant Professor, UCSF Department of Medicine)
- Medical Training Track, chaired by Madeline Deutsch, MD (UCSF Department of Family and Community Medicine)
- Mental Health Track, co-chaired by Dan Karasic, MD (UCSF Department of Psychiatry), and Lin Fraser, EdD, MFT (WPATH President)
- Health Policy Institute, co-chaired by Masen Davis, MSW (Executive Director of the Transgender Law Center), Kellan Baker, MPH (Associate Director, Center for American Progress), and Jamison Green, PhD (UCSF Department of Family and Community Medicine and WPATH President Elect)
